Weighmans    were    able    to    STEAL    the    adversaries    highly    sensitive,    confidential,    personal    credit    files,    data    and information with ease as they simply made:     “an    online    affirmative    declaration    to    Call    Credit    that    they    (Weightmans)    held    the    Consumers/Data Subjects [defendants] consent.” The    truth    is    that    Weightmans    held    no    such    consent.    Call    Credit    state    in    their    guidance    booklet    to    a;    Data Subject/Consumer,   titled   "Your   Credit   File   Explained",   Here ;   Can   anyone   search   your   database   for   information about   me?   No.   Searches   can   only   be   made   with   your   permission   except   under   certain   circumstances   where   we   are required   to   provide   information   to   a   Government   department,   or   the   Police.   Indeed   Weightmans   decided   to   admit they   did   not   hold   the   Consumer/Data   Subject   consent,   see   their   letter   of   July   16,   2012 .   Weightmans   knowingly committed   this   criminal   act   in   order   to   STEAL   this   Consumers/Data   Subjects   highly   sensitive,   confidential,   personal credit   files,   data   and   information   for   “intelligence”   purposes.   Weighmans   could   have   been   involved   for   many   years in   a   “pattern   &   practice”   scheme   of   serial   criminal   activities   in   covertly   stealing   adversaries   (Consumers/Data Subjects)   highly   sensitive,   confidential,   personal   credit   files,   data   and   information,   as   the   “file   footprint”   left   on this   Consumers/Data   Subjects   credit   file   held   by   Call   Credit   shows   the   name   accessing   the   online   data   base   as: “Weightman Vizards” ; a name that Helen Littlewood of Weightmans stated: “had not been used for years”!    Weightmans   state   in   their   letter   of   the   31 st    July   2012    “Members   of   this   firm   were   acting   in   the   best   interests   of   our client   in   accessing   your   credit   file”.   NOTE :   “accessing”   =   stealing   in   this   case!   The   fact   that   this   criminal   and   illegal act was: i. a heinous breach of the Consumers/Data Subjects right to privacy, ii. a heinous breach of the Consumers/Data Subjects  rights under the Data Protection Act ., iii. trespass on the Consumers/Data Subjects sensitive, confidential personal data and credit files, iv. criminal fraud by deception, v. theft of a Consumers/Data Subjects sensitive confidential credit files and information, vi. possible conspiracy, vii. a    criminal    offence    contrary    to    section    55     of    the    Data    Protection    act;    did    not,    in    anyway,    trouble Weightmans. Quite   simply,   in   plain   language;   Weightmans   carried   out   the   criminal   act   of   stealing   by   fraudulent   deception.   These types of criminal activities are normally associated with career criminals, not a major firm of Solicitors.  You   can   read    exactly   how   easy   it   was   for   Weightmans   to   steal   this   Consumers/Data   Subjects   credit   file   and   how unrepentant   Weightmans   are.   JAMES   HOLMAN    is   Weightmans   “Risk   and   Compliance   Partner   and   Data   Protection Officer”.   Apparently   James   Holman   has   selective   knowledge   of;   Compliance   matters,   the   Data   Protection   Act,   and criminality,   as   do   other   “Members   of   Weightmans”.   This   “selective   knowledge”   of   the   Data   Protection   Act   and criminality   is   surprising   given   that   Weightmans   are   a   major   law   firm   who   provide   legal   advice   and   guidance   (read)   to others on the Data Protection Act.
